What is your favorite part of the job?
Watching the hard work and dedication of our athletes pay off.
What makes Saint Vincent College a unique and enjoyable place to work/coach?
The support I get from my fellow coaches throughout the year.
Do you have a pre-meet ritual?
I like coffee. I stop at Starbucks in North Huntingdon, and then I get me a second one in Greensburg.

All-time -- Sopranos. Current -- The Bear. Trash TV -- Below Deck.Â

What is a typical day off?
Driving my son to a soccer game or practice, or driving my daughter to a cheer or track practice.
Who is a coach (professional or collegiate) that you look up to?
Tom Burton, Colby College. He has been my mentor since we met in 2001.
What is one thing that most people don't know goes into coaching your sport, or into college coaching in general?
The importance of building relationships with your athletes. They are adults and should be treated and talked to in that manner.
