Saint Vincent College is committed and obligated to the principle of institutional control in operating its athletics program in a manner consistent with the letter and the spirit of the rules and regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC).
 
In the pursuit of academic and athletic excellence, Saint Vincent College monitors athletic operations to ensure they are in compliance with NCAA and PAC regulations.    These regulations include: recruiting restrictions, academic eligibility requirements, playing and practice season regulations, and a number of other topics you can learn more about at http://www.ncaa.org.

Individuals involved in Saint Vincent College Athletics are obligated to maintain competency and knowledge of the rules, to act within his or her realm of responsibility in full compliance with the governing legislation, and to report any violation of NCAA or PAC rules of which he or she is aware to the Compliance Officer, Athletic Director or Faculty Athletic Representative.
