The Saint Vincent College Athletic Department provides a quality educational opportunity for our student athletes through participation in intercollegiate athletics, enhancing their Catholic, Benedictine and liberal arts experience.
The Athletic Department encourages sportsmanship, responsibility, integrity, and respect along with the Benedictine Hallmarks of discipline, community, hospitality and humility in the balanced pursuit of academic and athletic excellence.
Philosophy of Intercollegiate Athletics
The Saint Vincent College Athletic Department is committed to educational excellence in the Catholic tradition, embraces its Benedictine heritage and fosters the liberal arts approach to life and learning.
Participation in athletics provides valuable life lessons in teamwork, leadership and character growth, while allowing student athletes to develop a basis of beneficial habits for a healthy lifestyle. The health and welfare of the student athlete is of utmost concern. The Athletic Department has a comprehensive healthcare network in place to assure all student athletes compete in a safe environment.

The Athletic Department Staff realizes that student athletes are students first and encourages them to experience all aspects of campus life to further enhance their overall collegiate experience.
