In the last seven games of Saint Vincent's spring break trip to the RussMatt Classic, junior first baseman Billy Perroz hit .480 (12-25) with three doubles, a triple and 14 RBIs, posting a .680 slugging percentage and .517 on-base percentage. On Monday against Trine, Perroz went 2-4 with an RBI, before going 1-3 with a sac fly and two RBIs on Tuesday against Gwynedd Mercy. In Wednesday's win over Clark, Perroz went 3-5 with three RBIs and a stolen base, before turning in a career-performance in Thursday's victory over Ursinus, in which he went 4-for-5 with a single, a triple, two doubles and a career-high eight RBIs. He would close out his week by doubling and walking on Saturday against Dickinson. Along with his efforts at the plate, Perroz handled 44 chances in the field without an error.Â
