Q: Why did you choose to pursue a career in college athletics?
A: "I've always wanted to be a coach, and was fortunate enough to have a great club coach growing up in Moses Javan, who coached me in the Philadelphia suburbs."
Q: What is your favorite part of the job?
A: "Being able to work with our student-athletes on a daily basis, and watching the growth of both the individuals and the team over time."
Q: What is a typical pre-game ritual?
A: "I have a pregame meeting with our staff, set up the field for warmups, and address the team prior to heading to the field. A chicken Caesar wrap on the go is my pregame meal."
Q: Favorite movie?
A: "'Dumb and Dumber.'"
Q: Favorite television show?
A: "It's a tie between 'The Office' and 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.'"
Q: Who is your all-time favorite athlete?
A: "Allen Iverson."
Q: On a day off from coaching and away from campus, what can you be found doing?
A: "Spending time with my wife, Brooke, and daughter, Charlotte 'Bubba Chuck' Davis."
Q: What is your proudest achievement from your athletic playing days?
A: "Leading Bishop McDevitt High School to its second boys soccer playoff berth in school history during my senior year."
Q: What is your proudest coaching accomplishment?
A: "Being part of a conference champion and going to the NCAA Tournament in my second season as a head coach at Mount Aloysius."

A: "The postgraduate success of our student-athletes is top-notch, particularly in our business- and STEM-related programs."
