A header by Amie Dobracki off a corner kick by Emily Johns proved to be the game's only goal, as Saint Vincent defeated Thiel by a score of 1-0 in Presidents' Athletic Conference play.

The goal came in the 35th minute of an otherwise evenly played contest.

For the day, SVC managed 8 shots while Thiel had six.  SVC's Cassie Overly recorded three saves to earn the win in the net.

Allison House took the hard-luck loss for the Tomcats.

Saint Vincent is now 10-5 on the season, 3-4 in the PAC.  Thiel falls to 5-9-1 overall, 2-5 in the conference.
