The Saint Vincent women's soccer team won for the sixth consecutive time, defeating Muskingum College on the road in Ohio by a score of 1-0.
At the nine minute mark of the first half, a header by
Rebecca Sandor redirected the ball into the net for the game's lone goal.
Ally Panzella and
Emily Johns assisted on the goal.
Overall, Muskingum out-shot Saint Vincent 12-7 in the first half, but Saint Vincent dominated the second half (9-3).
The Muskies were forced to play shorthanded for the game's final 15 minutes due to a red card, but neither team was able to score.
Cassie Overly posted three saves and earned the victory in goal.
Saint Vincent is now 7-1 on the season, but has yet to play a conference game. The PAC slate will begin this Saturday at 1PM against Westminster College on the SVC Turf.
