A pair of late first-half goals snapped a 1-1 tie and helped to lift Grove City College to a 4-1 win over Saint Vincent in Presidents' Athletic Conference play.

After Sarah Cessar scored in the 15th minute to give the hosts a 1-0 lead, Lindsey Daniels scored on a rebound for the Bearcats in the 28th minute to tie the score, 1-1.

However, the Wolverines added tallies in the 38th and 42nd minute to make it 3-1 at the half and added a late goal to seal the win and improve to 7-0-1 in the conference.  SVC drops to 4-3-1.

Cassie Overly took the loss in the net, making two saves.  Kelsey Farrand also appeared in the net, giving up one goal in 18 minutes of play.

GCC outshot SVC by a 14-6 marking on the day.
