Allie Young and Andrea Caya scored first half goals to give the visitors a 2-0 lead at the half, outshooting the hosts by a 21-1 margin in the first 45 minutes. Â Young battled for a ball in the air with SVC keeper
Meghan Lyden, with Young heading the ball over Lyden and into the net for the 1-0 lead in the 12th minute. Â Caya scored 11 minutes later off a deflection.
In the second half, Alex Goldrich scored off a ricochet as well, for the Red Devils' third goal.
Saint Vincent only managed five shots on the day against a quick Dickinson squad. Â
Meghan Lyden took the loss in the net, saving 12 shots.
The Bearcats are now 0-2 to start the season, and will return to action on Friday, September 5, hosting Pitt-Bradford at 4PM.
