FULL RESULTS

The Saint Vincent swimming teams earned a pair of victories over Washington & Jefferson College in Presidents' Athletic Conference action.
The Bearcat women topped the Presidents 153-123 and the men beat W&J by a 169-87 margin.
The win improves the SVC women to 3-0 in PAC competition, while the men move to 2-1 in the PAC meets.
The women started off the meet strong with a win the the 200 Medley Relay. The quartet of
Marion D'Aurora,
Carly Grove,
Maddie Bartrug, and
Claire Kenna clocked in with a time of 1:56.70.
In the 1000 Free, the Bearcats took the top three spots with
Kelly Kramer taking first (11:35.79),
Jill Cline in the second (12:21.00), and
Hannah Barkey in third (12:23.99).
D'Aurora took top honors in the 200 Free, touching the wall at 2:06.76. Grove took first in the 100 Breaststroke (1:15.18) and the 200 Breaststroke (2:40.18).
The women swept the 200 Butterfly with Bartrug in first (2:20.48),
Ciara Lewis in second (2:30.33), and Cline in third (2:43.04).
Sarah Sheldon took top honors in the 200 Backstroke with a time of 2:18.44. In the 500 Free, Lewis claimed the top spot clocking in at 5:43.41.
Samantha Mears came in first in the 100 Butterfly finishing at 1:05.97.
Another sweep in the 200 Individual Medley with Bartrug in first (2:19.20), Lewis in second (2:24.56), and
Casi Smith in third (2:34.76).
The women finished the meet with a win in the 200 Free relay. Kramer, Mears, Sheldon, and Kenna clocked in at 1:44.95.
On the men's side, the men claimed the top spot in the 200 Medley Relay. The quartet of
Zach Baum,
Michael Marinchak,
Jacob Davis, and
Matt Tashima clocked in at 1:39.94.
Alex Bolen (10:38.46) ,
Kevin Martin (10:45.43), and
Benon Brewer (11:02.62) swept the 1000 free taking first, second and third respectively.
Baum took top honors in the 200 Free clocking in at 1:51.17. The freshmen added in another first place finish in the 200 Backstroke, with a time of 2:04.27.
In the 200 Butterfly,
Adam Gordish claimed first with a time of 2:06.61.
The men swept the Breaststroke events. In the 100 Breaststroke,
Jacob Davis in first (1:02.69),
Peter Becker in second (1:05.55) and
Justin Newman in third place (1:11.21). In the 200, Davis claimed first (2:19.52), Marinchak finished in second (2:21.50), and Becker in third (2:27.80).
Matt Tashima won the 50 Free with a time of 23.58.
John Martin was first in the 100 Free clocking in at 50.54.
In the 500 Free, Bolen took first with a time of 5:05.87.
Kevin Martin took the top spot in the 200 Individual Medley clocking in at 2:08.84.
The Bearcats finished the meet with a win the 200 Free Relay. Baum, Bolen, Tashima, and Davis touched the wall 1:29.67.
The Bearcats will be back in action at Mount Union for a non-conference matchup on Friday, December 8th at 6 p.m.
