HUNTINGDON, Pa. (Sept. 26) - The Saint Vincent women's soccer team wrapped up non-conference play with a 2-0 road loss to the Juniata College Eagles under the lights at Gibbel Stadium.
Anna Kauffman recorded both goals for the homestanding Eagles, tallying a goal in each half to lead the Blue and Gold over SVC. Kauffman's first tally came in the 25th minute before adding a late insurance goal in the 85th minute of action.
Juniata held a sizeable 24-6 shot advantage over Saint Vincent, including an 11-1 discrepancy in shots on goal. Juniata committed 10 fouls to six for Saint Vincent. The Bearcats had a 4-3 advantage in corner kicks during the contest.

Corinne Burk recorded nine saves in 90 minutes of action to lead SVC. Junior
Natalie Luppold tallied a team-high four shots including the lone Bearcat shot on goal for the night.
Saint Vincent's overall record now sits at 0-7-1 while Juniata improved to 6-3-0 for the season.
The Bearcats open Presidents' Athletic Conference play when they host Waynesburg University on Friday, Sept. 29. Match time is slated for 4 p.m.
