The SVC women's soccer team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference match to a tough Westminster squad, falling by a score of 8-0 on the road in New Wilmington.
The game was scoreless through the first 27 minutes, but the Titans scored three times in a span of just over nine minutes, and took a 3-0 lead into the break. They added five second-half goals to pull away for the win. Freshman
Cande Kossell took the loss in the net for SVC.
SVC managed just 8 shots in the game, compared to 29 for the hosts. Â
Westminster remains undefeated in the PAC, now 6-0-1, while the Bearcats fall to 1-5. SVC will be back in action on Wednesday (October 30), traveling to Grove City for a 4:30 match against the Wolverines.
