The Saint Vincent men's tennis team won a non-conference match on the road at Penn State-Altoona by a score of 8-1.

The Bearcats held a 3-0 lead after doubles play, as all three Bearcat tandems earned victories.  In the #1 match, Jon Oskin and Ryan Hartz were 8-3 winners, while Mauricio Sanchez and Zach Fox were 8-5 winners in the #2 match.  The #3 doubles match was won by Alex DeLuca and Josh Boland, 8-1.

SVC earned wins in five of six singles matchups, each in straight sets.  Hartz (#3) and Aaron Kuhn (#6) held their opponents to the fewest points, as Hartz was a 6-1, 6-0 winner, while Kuhn won his match 6-0, 6-2.  

The Bearcats are now 8-3 overall, while the Lions drop to 2-12.  Saint Vincent returns to action on Friday, April 12, hosting Thiel College at the Greensburg Racquet Club at 12PM in a Presidents' Athletic Conference match.
