Women's golf finishes fifth at opening two rounds of PAC Golf Championship

VIENNA, Ohio (Oct. 14)- The Saint Vincent women's golf team placed fifth at the opening two rounds of the Presidents Athletic Conference Golf Championship at Squaw Creek.

The Bearcats shot two day scores of 375 and 380 to finish with a two-day total of 755. Grove City sits in fourth place, just five shots ahead of Saint Vincent. Westminster currently sits in first place after a two-day total of 668.

Lucy Brayton led Saint Vincent with a top-five finish (5th place) in the opening two rounds. Brayton carded rounds of 86 and 81 to lead the Bearcats. She recorded three birdies over her opening two rounds.

Elizabeth DeLo placed t-15th for Saint Vincent. She carded rounds of 88 and 96, recording one birdie over the two rounds.

Myla Burchill carded rounds of 99 and 97 to finish 25th and Kylee Yoder (34th) recorded rounds of 102 and 106. Charlotte Jordan also finished 46th, recording scores of 116 and 123 for SVC.

Saint Vincent will compete in the final two rounds of the championship in the spring.
