LATROBE, Pa. (Sept. 7)- The Saint Vincent women's soccer team fell by a score of 2-0 in a non-conference matchup against Penn State-Harrisburg on Sunday afternoon.
The Bearcats (3-1) were out shot by the Lions by a 15-3 margin, including 8-1 in shots on goal. Harrisburg scored one goal in each half to earn the victory.
Rilyn Warner made six saves in net to keep the Bearcats in the game. Both teams recorded two corner kicks each.
Brooke Garman recorded the lone shot on goal for SVC, while
Emma Koller totaled two shots in the loss for Saint Vincent.
SVC will look to get back on track as they travel to Mount Aloysius for another non-conference matchup on Wednesday, September 10. The match is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. on Wednesday night in Cresson.
