Biography

2013: Named All-PAC Second Team. Finished second on the team with 17 points (7G, 3A). He finished the seaon a perfect three-for-three on penalty kicks. Attempted 42 shots, 23 were on goal. Had one game-winning goal.

2012:  Earned Honorable Mention All-PAC honors.  Started all 18 games, leading the team in scoring with 11 goals and 7 assists.  Set school record on 9-11-12 against Penn State New-Kensington by scoring six goals in a single game.  Earned PAC Player of the Week honors for his efforts.  Tallied 47 shots for the season, 29 on net.  Had two game-winning goals. 

2011:  Started all 17 games, recording two goals and two assists including one game-winning goal.  Took 22 shots.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Three-sport athlete in high school, competing in soccer, swimming and golf.  Named All-Conference and All-Region in soccer for three seasons.  Was Tournament MVP and earned All-State Honorable Mention honors.  In swimming, was named Team MVP and named to the All-Conference team.

PERSONAL:  Son of Eric and Sheryl Ruffner.  Majoring in Physician's Assistant program.
