2014 Fall: Member of the PAC Men's Cross Country team at SVC. Finished in third place at PAC Championships in the fall. Two-time PAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.

2014 Spring: Finished third in the 10,000 meters at PAC T&F Championships, timing in 33:09.72, a personal best.

2013-14:  Named All-PAC Second Team in cross country, finishing 8th in the conference championships. Earned All-PAC Honorable Mention honors in track (10,000 meters).  

2012-13:  Named All-PAC Honorable Mention with 17th place finish in the conference championships.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Ran track and cross country at Frazier.  Was named All-County three times in cross country, and twice was a PIAA Qualifier.  Team won section championship twice.  Was a four-time All-County runner in track, and a PIAA Qualifier.

PERSONAL:  Son of Owen and Carrie Palonder. Majoring in politics.
