2014 Fall: Member of the PAC Championship Men's Cross Country team. Finished 9th individually at the PAC Championship in the Fall.

2014 Spring: Tonzo set a new PAC meet record in the 800 meters on day two of competition, winning in a time of 1:53:59, three-quarters of a second faster than the previous mark, which he had set in 2013. Tonzo took second place in the 1500 meters, with a time of 4:02.47.

2013-14: Earned second straight PAC-All Conference honors and qualified for ECAC Meet. Lowered school record in the 800 and was part of school-record relay teams in the 4x400 and 4x800. 

2012-13: Earned PAC All-Conference honors in track and was an ECAC Qualifier. Set school record in the 800 meters.  Qualified for ECAC Meet.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran track and cross country at North Allegheny. Finished 5th in the 800 at the PIAA State meet.

PERSONAL: Son of Joe and Carla Tonzo. Majoring in business management with a minor in accounting.
