2018: All-ECAC Honorable Mention. Earned his fourth straight all-conference selection, inlcuding his second straight First Team honor. Strong again defensively, recording 48 ground balls and causing 30 turnovers. Tallied nine ground balls and three caused turnovers in a 12-5 win over ORLC rival W&J on April 25. Member of the ECAC Academic Honor Roll. 

2017: All-ECAC South Second Team. Was named to the All-ORLC First Team, earning all-league recognition for a third straight season. Ranked as one of the top defenders in the league. Led the ORLC with 51 caused turnovers and ranked in the top 10 in ground balls with 66. Caused 20 turnovers in ORLC regular season contests.

2016: Was recognized as a Second Team All-ORLC selection. Appeared in eight contests as a sophomore, despite being limited due to injury. Tallied 39 ground balls and 20 caused turnovers, a total that ranked second on the squad. Tallied a goal, an assist, nine ground balls and six caused turnovers in an 8-6 victory over Hanover College in the season finale. 

2015: Earned All-ORLC Honorable Mention honors as a freshman. Started all 16 games for the Bearcats scoring 2 goals. Had 41 ground balls and caused 14 turnovers.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Two-sport athlete, competing in lacrosse and soccer.  Earned All-IPSL honors.

PERSONAL:  Son of Richard and Joanna Grus, majoring in finance at SVC with a minor in operational excellence.
