2016-17: Named Saint Vincent's Female PAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Claimed First Team All-PAC accolades as a senior, finishing in fifth place at the annual conference championships, with a four round total of 353. Carded a round of 81 during the fall PAC Championships at Squaw Creek in Ohio, the lowest round of her collegiate career. Won individual medalist honors at the Saint Vincent Spring Invite, the Saint Vincent Fall Invite and the Penn State Altoona Fall Invite as a senior. Added a second place finish at the Grove City Spring Invite and was the Bearcats' top finisher in a very competitive field at the Carnegie Mellon Spring Shootout. Three-Time PAC Women's Golfer of the Week. Member of the PAC Spring Academic Honor Roll. Named Saint Vincent's Female PAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year recipient. 

2015-16: Earned First Team All-PAC honors, finishing fifth overall for the four rounds at the PAC Championships, shooting 91 in the final round after a 97 in round three during the spring. Firestone captured individual medalist honors with a 91 and the Bearcats won the team event in convincing fashion at the Thiel College Spring Invitational at the Greens of Greenville. Named PAC Women's Golfer of the Week on April 18. 

2014-15: Firestone was consistently the Bearcats top golfer during the course of the fall and spring seasons. Firestone was the top finisher for SVC at the PAC Golf Championships, coming in at 9th place for Second Team All-PAC accolades. She finished with a four round total of 390 (106-100-96-88), improving considerably in each round of play. She recorded a top five finish at the Thiel Spring Invitational, coming in fourth place with a round of 98. Firestone took sixth place with an 87 at the SVC Spring Invitational at Glengarry Golf Links on April 14.

2013-2014:  In the fall, Samm’s best finish was t-4 at Thiel Invitational (98).  Shot low round 93 at PAC Fall Championship.  Tournament average 100 with 2 top-5 finishes.  After tuning up over Spring Break, Samantha fired 2 more top-5 finishes, ending the season with a career low 90 on Round 2 at Spring PAC Championship, and a season scoring average of 98.  Her 4th place finish at PAC merited All PAC 1st Team Honors.  Samm has responded well to new swing changes, and has greatly improved her short game, sinking more putts and securing more up and downs.  A long hitter, her 140-yard in approach shots are key, and can escape the sand bunkers with ease. 

HIGH SCHOOL:  Competed in golf, basketball and softball at Pen Argyl.  Was Colonial League golf champion in 2012.  In basketball, was Colonial League Honorable Mention and All-Area selection after both junior and senior years.  In softball, earned Colonial League and All-Area Honorable Mention in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

PERSONAL:  Daughter of Frank and Louise Firestone.  Majoring in marketing at SVC.
