Biography
2018: Earned First Team All-PAC honors for a fourth straight season. Named Third Team All-Region by the NFCA. In PAC games, she ranked first in runs scored (24), first in doubles (13), second in total bases (48) and fifth in batting average (.444). Overall, she ranked among the top five in numerous offensive categories. Those included: second in on-base percentage (.491), second in doubles (19), third in slugging percentage (.808), third in runs (34), third in total bases (80), fourth in average (.444) and tied for fourth in home runs (5). She had 14 multi-hit games, including five games where she recorded a pair of doubles. Was named PAC Hitter of the Week on April 9. For her career, she finishes up with several outstanding numbers, which include a .448 batting average, 202 hits, 133 runs scored, 52 doubles, 15 triples, 25 home runs, 138 RBI, a .489 on-base percentage, a .796 slugging percentage and a .980 fielding percentage. Also walked (35) more times than she struck out (22) during her four-year run.
2017: National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division III All-Central Region Third Team. Named First-Team All-ECAC South. Also earned All-PAC First Team honors for a third straight season. Led the PAC in several major offensive categories including batting average (.458), slugging percentage (.925), RBI (39), triples (9) and total bases (99). She also ranked second in the conference in on-base percentage (.500), third in home runs (8), sixth in runs scored (33) and seventh in hits (49). Noel had 11 multi-hit performances against PAC competition. Established a new single-season program high in triples and equaled head coach Nicole Karr's slugging percentage record from 2004. She was tabbed as Hitter of the Week once and ECAC South Hitter of the Week twice during the spring.
2016: Lauded as a First-Team All-ECAC South selection at first base. National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division III All-Central Region Second Team pick. Also was named First-Team All-PAC for a second straight season. Noel put together a record breaking season to lead the Bearcats' offense. Ranked second in the PAC in batting average at .465. Noel established new single-season program records in hits (62), home runs (9), runs batted in (41) and runs scored (38). The sophomore ranked among the league leaders in average, slugging percentage, on-base percentage, runs, hits, RBI, triples, home runs and total bases. Named PAC Hitter of the Week twice.
2015: Named First-Team All-PAC at First Base as a freshman. Ranked third in the PAC in batting average (.431), slugging percentage (.642) and on-base percentage (.488). Also ranked among the top 10 in the league in runs, hits, RBIs, doubles and total bases. Also registered 16 multi-hit games, a team-high. Slugged her first collegiate home run on March 4 against Elizabethtown. Combined to go 6 for 9 with seven RBIs in a doubleheader sweep of Chatham back on April 16. Named PAC Hitter of the Week on March 9.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of softball and two seasons of basketball at Greater Latrobe. Lettered all four years in softball and earned the Jacob Kubicki Award.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Bernie and Natalie Noel. Majoring in Criminology with a minor in Forensic Science.
