Biography
2018: Claimed his third straight PAC Player of the Year honor as a junior. Entered the tournament as the #5 seed, defeated Miguel Ascencio of Westminster in the championship match at first singles, winning by scores of 7-5 and 7-6 (7-5). He became the first league player to earn PAC Player of the Year honors in three-straight seasons since Grove City's Patrick Donahue (2001-03). Combined to go 10-8 overall in singles play and 7-9 in doubles action, playing the top spot in each.
2017: Earned PAC Player of the Year recognition for a second straight season. Defeated Micah Byrum (6-2, 6-3) of W&J in the PAC Championship match at first singles. Put together a 12-3 singles record and a 7-8 doubles record as a sophomore. Recorded a 10-0 record against PAC opponents during singles matches in 2017.
2016: Earned PAC Player of the Year honors as a freshman, helping guide the Bearcats to a second place team finish at PAC Championships. Went 13-3 in singles contests during the season. Also teamed up with Ryan Hartz to claim the PAC title at first doubles. That tandem went 12-3 in doubles matches in 2016. Was recognized two times as PAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week.
HIGH SCHOOL: Two sport athlete at Cathedral Preparatory School, competing in tennis and golf. Team earned district championships in tennis in 2012, 2013 and 2015. Was the 2014 district singles champion.
PERSONAL: Son of Scott and Kerry Prichard, majoring in pre-pharmacy at SVC.
