Biography
2021: Named Second Team All-PAC for the second year in a row. Helped SVC to a third place finish in the 200 Medley, 200 Free, 400 Free and 800 Free Relays at the PAC Championships. Also competed in the 50 Free, 100 Free and 100 Fly. Member of the PAC Academic Honor Roll.
2019-20: Named Second Team All-PAC. Helped SVC to a runner-up placing in the 400 Free Relay at the PAC Championships. Took part in the 50 Free, 100 Free, 200 Free, 200 Free Relay, 200 Medley Relay and the 800 Free Relay. Member of the PAC Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2018-19: Named to the All-PAC Second Team. Part of the first place 400 Free Relay squad at the PAC Championships. Also competed in the 50 Free, 100 Fly, 100 Free, 200 Free Relay, 200 Medley Relay and the 800 Free Relay. Represented SVC on the PAC Sportsmanship Team. Member of the PAC Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2017-18: Active member of the team, competing at the PAC Championships. Member of the PAC Spring Academic Honor Roll.
HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in swimming all four years at nearby Hempfield Area High School. Varsity contributor for the Spartans. Earned the Swim Team Spirit Award his senior season. Was named to the Honor Roll each of his four years as a student. Eagle Scout award.
PERSONAL: Son of David and Marcy Whirlow. Majoring in English at SVC, with a minor in Philosophy and History.
