2023: Named All-PAC First Team for the second straight season ... played and started in 17 of the Bearcats 18 games ... compiled one of the highest goals against averages in the entire country, finishing the season with a 7.46 GAA ... he made 134 saves which led the President's Athletic Conference ... recorded double-digit saves in five different games for SVC, including making 17 saves in a PAC Semifinal win against Westminster on May 3.
2022: Named All-PAC First Team ... Awarded the E. Albert Deluca Award, presented by the SVC Athletic Department ... Played in 15 games, starting in 14 of those games in goal ... Went 11-2 in the net, making 134 saves, picking up 24 ground balls, and causing two turnovers ... Recorded a season high 16 saves in a win against Chatham on April 25.
2021: Appeared in four games while starting one as a sophomore. Made 14 saves on 35 shots faced. Finished the year with a 1-0 record with a win over Bethany on April 28.
2019: Appeared in four games as a freshman. Made 17 saves on 31 shots faced with a goal against average of 2.67. Finished the year with a 1-0 record with a win over La Roche on March 20, allowing three goals while making 10 saves.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year member of the lacrosse team at North Catholic. Also a member of the cross country team.
PERSONAL: Son of Jay and Stephanie Sperling. Majoring in Business.
