
UPMC Field was completed for use in the Summer of 2018, and is the home of several of the Saint Vincent College's varsity programs, including Women's Soccer, Men's Soccer, Women's Lacrosse and Men's Lacrosse.
UPMC Field can also be utilized as a practice facility by the Bearcat football, baseball and softball programs.
Students also use the lighted facility for various intramural and club sports, including soccer, flag football, rugby and ultimate frisbee.
As part of its commitment to serve the regional community, the college also hosts and sponsors a number of sports camps, clinics and tournaments for high school and youth athletes at UPMC Field, including the Nike lacrosse camp for girls ages 10-18 and the World Cup Soccer Camp for youth ages 8-17.
ANIMAL POLICY
From the SVC Office of Public Safety:
Other than service animals, no animals are permitted within the confines of Chuck Noll Field or other outdoor locations during any organized activity (including, but not limited to, athletic events, alumni gatherings, concerts, and intramural activities) in which students, spectators or guests are invited to gather. “Confines” includes viewing stands, areas surrounding the playing fields, and any area that might be used by guests to observe or participate in the event;
Other than service animals, no animals are permitted at any time: Inside the Carey Center; On athletic fields; In residence halls; In any administrative building on campus; or, On any walking path.
Animals are permitted to be kept on a leash and with the owner at all times. An owner may not leave an animal unattended by securing it by a leash to a tree, light post or other fixed object, or by leaving it in a parked vehicle. All animal owners must clean up after their animals and safely remove and dispose of any waste the animals produce.
