Biography

2024: Played in eight games for the Bearcats as a sophomore... caught 11 passes for 141 yards over the course of the season... recorded a season high of two receptions for 39 yards in the final game of the season against Bethany (W.V.) on November 9. 

2023: Participated in one game for the Bearcats as a freshman, seeing game action against Carnegie Mellon on Oct. 7.

Graduate of Arundel Senior High School... two-sport athlete at Arundel, competing in both football and lacrosse... in football he earned First Team All-County honors, Honorable Mention All-State honors, and was a state championsip runner up... he was also a varsity letterman on the lacrosse team under Head Coaches Bobby Baur and James McGill... academically, he graduated high school on the academic honor roll... son of Maurice and Terri Downs, majoring in criminology.
