2023: Earned All-PAC Second Team honors... compiled three top-20 finishes over the course of the season... finished 20th at the SFU Fr. Bede Invitational (Sept. 1), while picking up a 14th-place finish at the Bethany Invitational (Sept. 9), and a 13th-place finish at the PAC Championships (Oct. 28)... recorded his fastest time in his collegiate career to this point at the 22nd Annual LHU Invitational/Open, racing a time of 26:29.9 on Sept. 23... in his final race of the season, he ran a 26:37.6 at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional race on Nov. 11.

2022: Was named Newcomer of the Year in the PAC, while also winning Rookie of the Week honors once during his freshman season ... In his first collegiate race, he finished in 21st place in the Fisher Invitational, running a time of 16:07.1 in the 5K race ... In the 8K Saint Vincent Invitational, he ran a time of 27:33, finishing in the top-15, in 13th place ... placed in the top-100, placing in 87th place at the Lock Haven Invitational, where he ran a time of 26:50 in the 8K race ... posted a time of 27:05, placing 154th out of 330 runners in the NCAA Division III Preview Meet ... recorded a time of 26:51.6, placing 95th out of 300 runners at the Oberlin College Inter-Regional Rumble (10/15) ... placed ninth at the PAC Championship Meet (10/29), running a time of 26:37, which was a personal best time for him ... ran a time of 27:06.5, placing in 63rd at the NCAA D3 Mid-Atlantic Region Championship Meet (11/12).

Graduate of Gateway High School... played four years of cross country in high school and two years of outdoor track... lettered all four years of cross country and both years of outdoor track... qualified for the PIAA Cross Country State Meet in 2022... member of the High Honor Roll in high school... Son of Lisa and Barry Sundin... major is undeclared... also a member of the track and field team at Saint Vincent.
