2018-19:  Placed second in the 1500 at the PAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships and sixth in the 3000 at the PAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. Named Second Team All-PAC by finishing ninth at the PAC Cross Country Championships. Set personal bests in the 8K for cross country. Named to the PAC Academic Honor Roll for the Fall 2018 and Spring 2019.
 
2017-18: Placed second in the 1500 at the PAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Qualified for the ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 1500. Set personal bests in the 8K for cross country as well as the 1500 meters on the track. Named to the PAC Academic Honor Roll and Dean's List for the Fall of 2017 and Spring 2018.

2016-17:  Finished 2nd in PAC Outdoor Championships in the 1500 and 6th in the PAC Indoor Championships in the 3K. Set career bests in 8K XC and the 800, 1500, and 3K on the track. Named to the PAC Academic Honor Roll for Fall 2016 and Spring 2017. Earned Dean’s List during the Fall and Spring Semesters. 

HIGH SCHOOL:  PIAA District VI runner-up in 2014 in XC and was a three-time competitor in the PIAA State XC Championships.  Twice was the District VI runner-up in the 3200 meters and was part of the 4x800 District VI championship relay team. Was a two-time competitor in the PIAA State Track Championships.

PERSONAL:  Son of Chris and Peggy Urban. Majoring in English/Communication at SVC.
