2023: At the 22nd Annual LHU Invitational/Open he recorded his best finish of the season and fastest time of his collegiate career to this point, finishing in 39th place with a time of 27:09.3... At the PAC Championship he finished in 46th place, racing a time of 28:21.8 for the Bearcats.

2022: In the first race of the year at the Fisher Invitational, he ran a time of 16:21.4, finishing in 30th place in the 5K race ... In the 8K home invitational, he finished with a time of 28:28, finishing in 38th place ... finished in the top-20 at the Lock Haven Invitational, placing in 16th place, running a time of 27:39.3 in the 8K race ... posted a time 28:41 in the Open Division race at the NCAA Division III Preview Meet, placing in 58th out of 125 ... recorded a time of 28:30.5 at the Oberlin College Inter-Regional Rumble (10/15) ... posted a time of 28:45, placing in 52nd at the PAC Championship Meet (10/29).

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Hempfield. Four-year letterman in outdoor track & field while being a three-year letterman for indoor track & field and cross country.

PERSONAL: Son of Michael and Tammi Rzempoluch... psychology major.
