2018-19: Named First Team All-PAC by finishing sixth at the PAC Cross Country Championships. Won the Mile and was a member of the PAC Champion Distance Medley Relay team at the PAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. Finished in third place at the ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in the Mile Run. Finished first in both the 1500 and 5000 meters at the PAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Set personal bests in the 1500, Mile, 3000 and the 5000 in track.

2017-18: Named First Team All-PAC by finishing in third place at the PAC Cross Country Championships. Placed fifth in the mile and was a member of the PAC Champion Distance Medley Relay team at the PAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. Set personal bests in the 8K for Cross Country as well as the mile run in track. Claimed the individual championship at the Saint Vincent Cross Country Invitational. 

2016-17:  Competed for McDaniel College. Member of McDaniel’s 4 X 800 team that finished 5th in the ECAC Indoor Championships, 5th in the Centennial Conference Outdoor Championships, and 2nd in the ECAC Outdoor Championships.Finished 35th in the Centennial Conference Championships, timed in 27:02 at the 8k distance, running for McDaniel College.  Captured 6th place overall in the Lancaster Bible College Invitational in 28:37, and was 9th in he Hood College meet, timed in 26:52.

HIGH SCHOOL HIGHLIGHTS: School record holder for 3200 meters (9:50), PIAA District 3 XC runner-up in 2015, 2-time PIAA State XC qualifier in Class A (finished 43rd in 2014 and 8th in 2015), YAIAA County XC Runner-Up 2015, Gettysburg Times First-Team XC, GameTimePA.com All-Star Team XC 2015, 4-time PIAA District III Qualifier (twice in the 1600 and twice in the 3200), YAIAA 3200m Runner-Up (2016), PIAA State Qualifier in the 1600 and 3200 in 2016,  Hanover Area Scholar-Athlete Award Finalist, Delone Catholic's Sonny Shrader Class of 2016 Most Valuable Athlete Award, 2016 PIAA District III Fackler-Hower Sportsmanship Award.
