2025: Earned an All-PAC Honorable Mention nod during his sophomore season... started 13 out of the 15 games he participated in, he scored five goals and dished out three assists over the course of the season... picked up 33 ground balls and caused 14 turnovers... scored two goals and caused one turnover in the Bearcats win against Neumann (3/8).

2024: Played in 17 games with five starts during his freshman season with the Bearcats... scored two goals, while also scooping up 27 ground balls and caused five turnovers over the course of the season as well... scored goals in the loss against North Central (Mar. 11) and the loss in the playoffs at Allegheny on April 1... scooped up at least one ground ball in 13 different games for Saint Vincent, while also recording at least four ground balls in three different games.

Graduate of New Oxford High School... three-sport athlete at New Oxford, competing in lacrosse, football, and wrestling... was a three-year varsity letterman in football, while also earning all-conference honorable mention honors twice as a midfielder... also a two-time honorable mention recipient at safety, while also earning two varsity letters in football as well... in wrestling at New Oxford, he was a two-time team MVP... member of the National Honor Society and seven time honor roll member... son of Stan and Lauren Herring... majoring in criminology.
