Biography

2019: Played in all 16 games with two starts. Won 49.5 percent of his face-offs (94-190) and led the team with 58 ground balls. Scored a goal against Franciscan on April 17.

2018: Saw action in 18 games during his sophomore year. Won 49 of his 101 attempted face-offs (48.5 percent). Added 24 ground balls. Tallied a goal against Hilbert College on March 7. 

2017: Appeared in all 17 games as a freshman. Scored his first collegiate goal in a road victory against Mount St. Joseph on April 1. Picked up 35 ground balls and won 65 face-offs during the season. Won 8-of-12 face-offs in the ORLC Semifinals victory over Thiel on May 3. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in lacrosse and wrestling at Butler Area High School. Three-year letterwinner in lacrosse. 

PERSONAL: Son of Jon and Trudy Lex. Majoring in Biochemistry at Saint Vincent.
