Graduate of West Shamokin High School... two-sport athlete at West Shamokin, competing in baseball and basketball... earned All-Conference, All-County, and Pitcher of the Year awards in baseball... also earned West Shamokin Baseball Leadership Award and was the All-Heritage Student Athlete Award recipient in baseball as well... in basketball, he was the Mr. Wolf Leadership Award recipient as well as the Heritage Student Athlete Scholarship recipient... he graduated on the Distinguished Honor Roll and was also a member of the National Honors Society... son of Anthony and Megan Buffone... majoring in mechanical engineering.
