Biography

2017-18: Earned Second Team All-PAC accolades as a senior. Helped the Bearcats set a new school record in the 400 Medley Relay at PAC Championships, finishing second with a time of 3:26.05. Member of the PAC Academic Honor Roll. 

2016-17: Set a new school record in the 200 Backstroke (1:56.51) at the annual PAC Championships. Placed fifth in the 200 Butterfly at PACs. Also competed on the 200 Medley and the 400 Medley Relay teams at PACs. 

2015-16: Competed as a member of the team as a sophomore. Placed third in the 200 Back (2:05.84) in a tri-meet with Allegheny and Penn State Behrend on Jan. 30. Was a member of the quartet in the 200 Medley Relay that took first place in the event in a head-to-head competition with W&J on Dec. 5. 

2014-15:  Earned All-PAC Second Team honors.  Set school record in the 100 Back (53.13) and was part of school-record setting 200 Medley Relay team.  Picked up a pair of top-10 finishes in the PAC conference championships, finishing 6th in the 200 Fly and 9th in the 1650 Free.  

HIGH SCHOOL:  Competed on the swim team for four seasons at Marion Center Area HS.  

PERSONAL:  Son of Scott and Tracy Gordish, majoring in accounting at SVC.
