2019-20: Active member of the team. Competed in the 100 Breast and 200 Breast at the PAC Championships.
2018-19: Active member of the team. Competed in the 100 Breast and 200 Breast at the PAC Championships.
2016-17: Competed in the 200 Breaststroke, the 200 Free, the 1650 Free and the 200 Medley Relay during the PAC Championships.Â
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in swimming at South Allegheny High School. Graduated Cum Laude. Served as an Eagle Scout.
PERSONAL: Son of John and Kelly Palmer. Majoring in Integrated Science at SVC.
