Biography

2017-18: Earned All-PAC Second Team honors. Helped set a new school record in the 400 Medley Relay, when the Bearcats posted a time of 3:26.05 to finish in second place in the event at the annual PAC Championships. 

2016-17: Named All-PAC Second Team. Individually, he placed fourth in the 100 Breaststroke and the 200 Breaststroke events at the PAC Championships. Was a part of the 200 Medley and 400 Medley Relay teams that both finished in third place at PACs. 

2015-16: Helped SVC take third place in the 400 Medley Relay and fourth place in the 200 Medley Relay at PAC Championships. Came in sixth place in the 100 Breaststroke and seventh in the 200 Breaststroke events at PACs. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year member of the swim team at Elizabeth Forward HS.  Qualified for WPIAL Championships all four seasons, and was also a four-time PIAA State Qualifier.  Also played three seasons of baseball.

PERSONAL:  Son of Kevin and Roniel Faychak, majoring in biology at SVC.
