2018-19: Set personal bests in the 1500 and 3000 meters on the track. 

2017-18: Placed seventh in the PAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 5000 Meters. Set personal bests in 8K cross country as well as the 1500, 3000 and 5000 meters on the track. 

HIGH SCHOOL HIGHLIGHTS: WPIALqualifier in XC during junior and senior years. Lettered in three sports (XC, Indoor Track, and Outdoor track). Nominated “Student of the Year” during junior year. Played on the high school soccer team during freshman and sophomore years.

PERSONAL: Son of Mike and Leslie Densmore, majoring in Business at SVC.
