2023-24: Earned All-PAC Second Team honors after placing second in the 141 lbs. weight class at the PAC Championships... went 11-12 with seven pins, one tech fall, and one major decision over the course of his freshman season... picked up his first collegiate win against his teammate, Ryan Yocum, in the 141 lbs. weight class at the Adrian Invite on Nov. 4... he defeated Yocum by a pin at the 1:24 mark of the match.

Graduate of Bethlehem Center High School... three-sport athlete at Beth Center, competing in wrestling, football, and track... a three-year letterman in wrestling and WPIAL champion as well... also a four-year letterman in football and three-year letterman in track, where he set the school record in the 4x4 race... son of Jason and Wendy Debnar... majoring in health sciences with plans to become a physical therapist.
