Biography
2023-24: Named to the AMCC Third Team, finishing the season with an average of 177.7. Had a 72.9% makeable spare percentage for the year. Averaged 190.2 in the Storm Daemen Fall Classic (November 11-12)...Finished 12th overall in the Greater Pittsburgh Collegiate Classic (January 13) with a 4-game average of 185.7.
2022-23: Named All-AMCC First Team for the second consecutive season after finishing third in the conference in scoring in AMCC events. Overall for the year in NCAA and USBC events combined, averaged 176.9. Finished the Greater Pittsburgh Collegiate Classic with a team-best 19.96 average in Baker games (199.6 game equivalent).
2021-22: Earned All-AMCC First Team honors, finishing the season with an average of 179.6. Set school record for a 5-game series (1017) at the Collegiate Shoot-Out in Las Vegas. Finished with a strike percentage of 37.9.
2020-21: Became part of the starting lineup as a freshman, finishing with an average of 161.4. Finished 10th in the conference with a 36.8 strike percentage, and was second the league in split percentage, leaving splits on only 5.9% of her shots.
HIGH SCHOOL: 321Sports' Girls Bowler of the Year and Breakfast of Champions Girls Bowler of the Year as a senior. Earned Cape Coast Conference Player of the Year in both her junior and senior seasons, and took first place in the District Tournament as a junior. Bowled in the Florida State High School Championships all four seasons, and her team finished in the top-5 all four times. Career best finish in the individual championship was a 6th place finish as a sophomore, and she finished in the top-8 as a senior. Was named Team MVP as both a sophomore and a junior. Honored as part of Florida Today’s Bowlers of the Decade Team. Posted a career high average of 204 in the 2018-19 season, and has a career high game of 298.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Keith and Marlena Braun-Koehler, majoring in Communication. Twin sister Monique is also a member of the SVC team.
