Biography
2024-25: Finished the season with an average of 166.1, converting over 65% of makeable spares. Earned All-Tournament honors in the first two Ohio Bowling Conference events (Oct 5 and Oct 19). Recorded a high game of 197 in OBC #1. Led the team with a 172.2 average in the Muskie Mash (Nov 2), throwing strikes on 40% of her shots.
2023-24: Posted an average of 183.6 in Baker play in her first collegiate tournament, the Grapevine Classic (Oct 14-15). Averaged 177.7 in the second American Heartland Bowling Conference event in Michigan. Averaged 168.8 in the Collegiate Shoot-Out in Las Vegas, finishing 60th overall among 229 bowlers.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduate of Shaler Area High School... four-year member of the bowling team at Shaler Area... member of the academic High Honor Roll and earned varsity letters all four years of high school...
PERSONAL: Daughter of Christine and Shawn Pilyih... majoring in Early Childhood Education... plans to become a teacher. Joined in 2024-25 on the team by her cousin, Mareana.
