2023: Her best finish of the season came at the Tomcat Rumble (Sept. 29), placing 8th with a time of 24:31.8... raced the best time of her college career, running a time of 23:16.7 at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional race on Nov. 11... secured a 27th place result at the PAC Championship Meet, running a time of 24:34.7 for SVC.

2022: In her first collegiate race, she finished with a time of 19:30, finishing in 13th place in the Fisher Invitational in the 5K race ... In the 6K Saint Vincent Invitational, she finished in 28th place, with a time of 26:34 ... ran a time of 24:07.1 in the Lock Haven Invitational 6K race ... recorded a time of 24:43 at the NCAA Division III National Preview Meet, placing in 156th out of 316 runners ... at the Oberlin College Inter-Regional Rumble (10/25), she recorded a time of 24:55.8 ... posted a time of 25:01, placing in 32nd place at the PAC Championship Meet (10/29) ... placed in 54th, running a time of 23:47.9 at the NCAA D3 Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship Meet (11/12).

Graduate of West Perry High School in Marysville, Pa.... four-year member of both the cross country and track and field team's at West Perry... in cross country he was a varsity letterman and Mid-Penn and District qualifier as well... in track and field he was a Mid-Penn qualifier and varsity letterman...  she is a National Merit Scholar, Valedictorian, and a member of the Distinguished Honor Roll all four years of high school... also a member of the National Honors Society... daughter of David and Sally Lanza, majoring in computer science with a minor math... also a member of the Saint Vincent track and field team.
