Paul Carr

Paul Carr joined the women’s soccer coaching staff as a graduate assistant in July of 2017.
 
He just completed a four-year career at NAIA member Point Park University, where he was a teammate with former Bearcat graduate assistant coach Jonty Loukes.
 
He played in 67 games for the Pioneers, totaling 16 goals and three assists. Carr tallied five game-winning goals during his time at Point Park. He served as a team captain during his senior season with the Pioneers.
 
A three-time all-conference performer, he also earned NAIA All-American honors in 2015 and 2016, becoming only the second player in program history to be named an All-American. He helped the Pioneers to a conference championship and NAIA National Tournament during his freshman season in 2013. 
 
He was recognized with the Point Park Don Kelly Student-Athlete Leadership Award on April 21, 2017.
 
In the summer of 2016, Carr competed with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds PDL U-23 team.
 
He has helped coach with several youth soccer organizations, including the Foothills Soccer Club.
 
Carr graduated from Point Park with a 3.34 cumulative grade point average, as he majored in Sports, Arts and Entertainment Management.
