2022-23: Apart of the winning 200 medley relay team at the Franciscan meet (10/8), while also being apart of the 200 freestyle relay team that won that event as well ... apart of the winning 200-yard medley relay team, while also picing up first place finished in the 200-yard IM (2:22.50) and the 200-yard backstroke (2:19.20) in the first home meet of the season against Penn State- Altoona (10/22) ... recorded two first place finishes, first in the 100-yard backstroke (1:00.80) and in the 200-yard backstroke (2:20.06), while also being apart of the 200 medley relay team that finished in second place in the meet at Allegheny (10/28).

2021-22: Named First Team All-PAC ... Also named the PAC Championship Meet MVP ... Member of the PAC Academic Honor Roll ... Had three first-place individual finishes at the PAC Championship Meet ... Apart of four relay teams that finished either first or second ... Won the 200 individual backstroke for the third straight season ... Picked up wins in the 200 individual medley relay and the 100 backstroke ... Anchored the winning 200 freestyle relay and also swam legs in the 200 medley relay, 400 medley relay, and 400 freestyle relay, which each finished in second-place.

2021: Named First Team All-PAC for the second year in a row. Back-to-back champion in the 200 Back, finished second in the 100 back and the 200 IM at the PAC Championships. Part of the quartet that won the 400 Medley Relay and helped SVC to a runner-up finish in the 200 Medley, 200 Free and the 400 Free Relays. Member of the PAC Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20: Named First Team All-PAC. Won the 200 Back and helped SVC to a victory in the 400 Free Relay while also helping to runner-up placings in the 200 Free, 200 and 400 Medley Relay. Finished second in the 100 back and also competed in the 200 IM. Set school records in the 100 Back (58.41) and the 200 Back (2:07.44) and was part of the team that set the school record in the 200 Medley Relay (1:46.79). Named PAC Swimmer of the Week twice and PAC Rookie of the Week five times. Member of the PAC Spring Academic Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year member of the swimming team at Upper St. Clair High School. Member of the National Honor Society.  Earned four letters in swimming.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Christopher and Holly Connors. Majoring in Early Childhood Education at Saint Vincent.
