Saint Vincent College

2016-17: Named Second Team All-PAC. Helped SVC to runner-up relay finishes in the 200 Medley, the 400 Medley, the 200 Free and the 400 Free events at the PAC Championships. Individually, finished third in the 50 Free and fifth in the 100 Free. 

2015-16: First Team All-PAC. Part of the Bearcats' PAC Champion Relay teams in the 200 Free, the 200 Medley and the 400 Free. Picked up second place finishes in the 50 Free, the 100 Free and the 800 Free Relay at PACs. Her times in the 50 Free (23.91) and 100 Free (53.04) set new school records in the events. Rounded out her PACs with a fourth place finish in the 100 Fly. 

2014-15: First Team All-PAC. Part of the 200 Free Relay team that repeated as champions at the PAC/AMCC Championships in February. Frollo teamed up with Paige Pecora, Sarah Robbins and Alexis Ferraco to finish with a time of 1:37.17. Frollo took the top spot for the second straight year in the Women's 50 Free "A" Final, coming in with a top time of 23.91. Part of the 200 Medley Relay team that took third place finish, coming in at 1:50.18. Came in second place in the Women's 400 Free Relay "A" Final, finishing up at 3:36.35.

2013-14: First Team All-PAC. Part of the 200 Free Relay team that took first place at the PAC/AMCC Championships. Frollo took first place in the 50 Free in 24:03, after posting a 24.01 time in the preliminary. With the win, she became the first freshman to win the sprint race at the PAC Championships since 2010. Part of the 400 Medley Relay team that took third place and set a school record time at the PAC/AMCC Championships.  Continued her strong freshman showing at the PAC/AMCC meet with a second-place finish in the 100 free, timed in 53.46.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-sport athlete, competing in swimming and volleyball. Four-year letterwinner. Went to WPIAL championships all four years and the PIAA state championships her senior year.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Marcello and Mary Lou Frollo. Majoring in Business Management.
