Graduate of Biglerville High School... two-sport athlete at Biglerville, competing in field hockey and track and field... in field hockey, she was a three-year varsity letter winner, while she also qualified for the District 3 AA game two years in row, winning the AA Division Championship two years in a row as well... also a four-year varsity letter winner in track and field, while she also won the Donald E. Sterner Award three years in a row (most points scored for the girl's team)... also won the Babe Ruth award for sportsmanship, while finishing second in the 200-meter dash in the county meet and qualified for the District 3 AA 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash as well... academically, she won the E. Jerry Brooks award for District 3 academic excellence, was a member of the Distinguished Honor Roll, and National Honors Society as well... daughter of Jeffrey and Dr. Jennifer Kane, majoring in health and physical education with a minor in spanish.
