Graduate of Elk County Catholic High School... two-sport athlete at Elk County Catholic, competing in cross country and track and field all four years... in cross country she was a four-year varsity letterman, as well as a three-time medal winner at the PIAA State Championships (5th-sophomore year, 6th-junior year, 2nd-senior year), while also winning the team Pennsylvania State Championship... also a four-year varsity letterman in track and field at Elk County... was a four-time 3200-meter state qualifier (two-time medalist: 4th-junior year, 3rd-senior year) and also a four-time 4x800 meter relay state qualifier (three-time medalist: 6th-sophomore year, 2nd-junior/senior years)... academically, she was a member of the High Honor Roll and National Honor Society... daughter of Dan and Diane Neubert, majoring in engineering (w/chemical concentration) and minor in mathematics.
