In addition to his coaching experience, Spencer has a diverse professional background in sports business and marketing. He previously served as a Sports Marketing Intern with IMG College, assisting with game-day operations for Pittsburgh Panthers football home football games. As an undergraduate at Westminster College, he also gained valuable experience working with the athletic department's sports information office and men's lacrosse program.
A 2019 graduate of Westminster College, Spencer earned bachelor's degrees in Sports Management and Business Administration while competing as a four-year member of the men's swimming and diving team. He later completed his Master of Business Administration at Alfred University in 2022.
Throughout his career, Spencer has been committed to creating a positive team culture, developing student-athletes both athletically and personally, and building meaningful relationships with recruits, families, and colleagues.
