He also spent two seasons as a graduate assistant at Illinois Wesleyan University, working under legendary coach Norm Eash. During that time, he played a key role in developing the wide receiver corps and contributed to offensive game planning and player development.

Yarosz began his coaching career at William Paterson University, his alma mater, where he worked with multiple position groups, including quarterbacks, wide receivers, and defensive line. Notable players

he helped develop include:

• QB Spencer Lee (Fr.) – NJAC leader in touchdown passes (2021)

• WR Matt Clarke (So.) – 1st Team All-NJAC (2021)

• DL Peyton Willey (Fr.) – 1st Team All-NJAC (Spring 2021)

As a former player at William Paterson University (2016-2019), Yarosz was a three-year letter winner, playing quarterback before transitioning to wide receiver in his senior season.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from William Paterson University and a Master’s in Kinesiology & Recreation (Sport Management) from Illinois State University.

Yarosz currently resides in Latrobe, PA, with his fiancée, Claire. Yarosz is excited to bring his passion for player development and offensive innovation to the Bearcats as they prepare for the upcoming season.
