Coach Yarosz will be entering his second season with the Bearcat football for the 2026 season.
He will be serving as the WRs & TEs coach, Run Game Coordinator, and Co-Special Teams Coordinator. Coach Yarosz joined the Saint Vincent College football staff in February 2025 as Wide Receivers Coach and Co-Special Teams Coordinator. In his first season, the offense showed dramatic improvement, increasing points per game from 10 to 24, passing yards per game from 93.1 to 266.9, and passing touchdowns from 2 to 25. Multiple single-game school records were broken for passing yards, passing touchdowns, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns.
The 2025 season produced strong individual honors, including 2025 All-Conference wide receivers: 1st Team All-Conference and 3rd Team All-Region selection Chris Downs (Jr.), who ranked 2nd nationally with 1,205 receiving yards, 3rd nationally with 17 receiving touchdowns, and 25th nationally with 68 receptions (within the regular season), as well as Honorable Mention All-Conference honoree Tristan Doy (So.).
Prior to Saint Vincent, Coach Yarosz served as Pass Game Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, and Quarterbacks Coach at Illinois Wesleyan University (March 2024 – January 2025). He assisted in developing the weekly run game and overall offensive game plan, scripted and organized practices, served as the primary play caller, and directed in-season recruiting efforts. The team led the CCIW in time of possession (321:57), ranked 3rd in rushing with 1,605 yards, and 4th in passing with 2,046 yards, posted the 3rd-best red-zone offense in the conference with 82.6% scoring efficiency, and allowed just 10 total sacks.
All-Conference performers under his guidance included 1st Team All-Conference WR Myles Kee (Sr.) and 2nd Team selections OL Dylan Meyer (Sr.) and RB Jahari Scott (Jr.). Coach Yarosz also served as the JV Head Coach during the 2024 season. Earlier in 2024, he spent time at Alfred State College as Assistant Football Coach (Defensive Backs) and Video Coordinator, where he secured 8 recruiting commits in just six weeks.
From 2022 to 2024, Coach Yarosz joined Illinois Wesleyan as a Graduate Assistant, serving as Video Coordinator, Wide Receivers Coach, and Strength & Conditioning Assistant. He led the video operations team, assisted with strength and conditioning, directed film study and individual sessions for wide receivers, and acted as JV Offensive Coordinator and Play Caller while contributing as Assistant Recruiting Coordinator. His wide receivers earned All-Conference honors in both 2022 and 2023, with the group leading the conference in catches and receiving yards. In 2022, WR Charlie Hamilton (Sr.) earned 2nd Team All-Region honors alongside 1st Team-All Conference where he led the league in all receiving categories.
Coach Yarosz began his coaching career at his alma mater, William Paterson University (2020–2022), where he served as Assistant Football Coach and Video Coordinator while working with quarterbacks, defensive line, and wide receivers. His players earned multiple All-Conference honors, including Honorable Mention QB Spencer Lee (Fr.) and 1st Team selections WR Matt Clarke (Fr.) and DL Peyton Willey (Fr.)
Coach Yarosz earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from William Paterson University and a Master of Science in Kinesiology & Recreation (Sport Management) from Illinois State University.
He currently resides in Greensburg, PA with his wife, Claire Yarosz.
