Saint Vincent senior 285-pounder Jake Beistel improved to 8-1 on the season after recording pins in both of the Bearcats' matches on the week. On Wednesday against W&J, Beistel recorded the fall in 5:30 over Jake Manley. Two days later at Hiram, Beistel needed just 68 seconds to pin the Terriers' Edward Powers. Beistel, who's only loss on the season was to three-time NAIA All-American Daulton Meyer (Thomas More), has now recorded five pins on the season.
