Saint Vincent College freshman Rachel Hutchinson was named the 2024 Presidents' Athletic Conference Newcomer of the Year after an exceptional showing at her first PAC Championships. She won PAC individual titles in both the 500 freestyle and 1,650 freestyle, while placing second in the 400 individual medley and swam on SVC's runner-up 400 freestyle relay and third-place 800 freestyle relay. Hutchinson helped the Bearcats to a third-place finish at the PAC Championships.
